A mindfulness challenge, you could try one or two of these with your family
When we practised yoga at school we listened to this song, when we lay still, pebble on our foreheads and took deep calm breaths! ⬇️
You could play the song, or your favourite song and do some mindful colouring, taking your time to choose your colours and enjoy the process of staying in between the lines... I’d love to see some of them, they don’t have to be finished, just do as much as you enjoy...
